Procedures: Late Slips
Dear Parents - we issue slips to students as explained in the handbook (15 min late, 30 minutes late, No show/No call, late pickup of students).

  • Please remember that if you do not call at all, a late slip will definitely be issued and this shows on the final report of the student.
  • if you are running late to bring children to school for any reason (traffic jam, weather, stuck with something etc..). this allows us to explain to teachers. you might not be issued a late slip depending on the situation
  • We will not issue any late slips if weather is difficult to drive in. you do not have to call for such situations (too much rain, snow etc.). Just drive carefully. nothing is more important than your safety.
  • if your child is sick and will not come to school today or this weekend. We issue late slip (which is not a negative thing) :)
  • if you are wondering about classes/school being ON due to weather, call us confirm
  • if you are running late to pickup, this allows admin to not worry and keep students in school and busy until you arrive. you will be charged for being late if you do not have a legitimate reason. the funds collected thru this will be used for children's parties and gathering. why do we charge? remember that outside school, our staff also have commitments to keep. your delay can cause a ripple effect on our schedules.
